Admission Procedure

Welcome To Our Institute..!

Admission procedure starts from the month of September which includes an interface with the child and the parents (The registration forms and prospectus are available in the institute office free of cost or can be downloaded from the www…..) v to IX: Admission for meritorious students from class-v made only if there are vacancies in the classes. The institute grants admission in Class XI in three streams viz. Science, Commerce and Humanities.

THE REGISTRATION FORM DULY FILLED AND RECEIVED BY THE INSTITUTE OFFICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION IN THE INSTITUTE Forms submitted with the signature of parents / guardian and without a passport size photograph will not be entertained. The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission.

1) Xerox copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality / Block Office (for admission to class-v to class – IX)
2) Original copy of Progress Report from the previous Institute.
3) Admit Card of Class X (for admission in class XI).
4) Vaccination Record if any
5) Four copies of recent passport size photographs

Curriculum

The designing of an institute curriculum requires a vision. Detailed evaluation and improvements are made year after year in the curriculum. This has made it imperative for us to devise the most effective method for the implementation of the requirements of the curriculum. In an academic year, the institute has to have 210 working days out of which 180 days are devoted to intensive teaching and the additional 30 days are set aside for examinations and co-curricular activities.

Classes VI to VIII: -

Classes IX to X: -

Students of class IX to X study English, Bengali, Mathematics, Science (covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and Social Science (covering History, and Geography). Co-curricular activities include Physical and Health education, Work experience and Art education.

Science stream:

Any 5 or 6 subjects from the following group are offered - English Core, Bengali Core, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer Science.

Humanities stream:

Any 5 or 6 subjects from the following group are offered - English Core, Bengali Core, History, Geography, Sociology, Philosophy, Political Science, Physical Education, and Commercial Art.

Fees rules

Monthly Tuition fees and monthly transportation charges must be paid within 10th of every current month failing which Rs 50/- will be charged extra. Rs 500/- will be charged for re-registration for non-payment of three consecutive months.

All fees can be paid by cash/Card and Net Banking.

Withdrawal and Refund of Fees Once a student is admitted in any class, NO REFUND OF FEES IS PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES on withdrawal or Absence from the Institute.
